He brings over 25 years of structural and miscellaneous steel experience to Southwest Steel.

JOHN SOUTHVice President of Shop Operations
John South is responsible for Southwest Steel production processes and procedures, coordinates all production activities and operations, ensures health and safety regulations are met, coordinates deadlines and deliverables, and applicable training sessions.
JAMES RIVERA
JAMES RIVERAVice President, Safety, Risk, & Quality
James Rivera, a highly experienced Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) professional, develops and implements safety systems for fabrication and erection across all Southwest Steel facilities and projects.

Dan VanVerth is responsible for all aspects of the sales process for Southwest Steel encompassing miscellaneous metals and ornamental metals supported by a broad and deep range of experience.

Jason Vanderlip is responsible for field operations in order to achieve efficient and effective completion of each Southwest Steel project which is supported by more than 20 years of experience.

Jim St Amand is responsible for the entire oversight of the Quality Control department. He strategically ensure to the successful performance of the Quality Control group in adequately evaluating and testing raw materials.

Stephanie ensures the timely acquisition of high-quality materials and services while optimizing costs and improving efficiency and productivity throughout all processes.
