The Village at Westfield Topanga
Woodland Hills, California

The Village at Westfield Topanga is a 550,000 SF lifestyle center custom crafted for the San Fernando Valley. Patrons have access to more than 80 venues including Costco, financial institutions, petrol station, restaurants, and global as well as retail stores in a garden-like setting inspired by the Valley’s natural gifts. Curated outdoor experiences include water features, patios, fire pits, communal tables, lighting display, leaf-themed play structure, and tree-lined pathways. These promenades meander over reflecting pools and under the shade of California Sycamores preserved onsite during construction.

One outdoor installation gives the illusion of walking on water, while hanging basket chairs, trellises, and canopies fashion an inviting ambiance. Every restaurant features an indoor-outdoor patio or balcony, as does the gourmet marketplace. The project contains health and beauty elements such as a spay, gym, and yoga studio.

Throughout the project, the skills and craftsmanship of Southwest Steel are prominently on display.
